I am happy with the results. I've been looking for a way to get more traction on my neck in between chiropractor visits. This device is quite simple to use and lifts up enough to give me neck a good stretch and relief. I recommend.

This Cervical Neck Traction Device combines a few different options that can be used together and/or separately to help relieve neck pain from many issues. I have Cervical Spondylosis, which I was told was akin to trying to hold up a 25-35lb basketball with your neck. This is due to my cervical spine degenerating and leaning forward, instead of being upright.
This device uses traction at two different heights, but you do need to have it on a hard surface. I made the mistake of using it on a wedge pillow, but the lower traction actually lifts from underneath, not above. Without a hard flat surface, it has nothing to lift against. The traction stretches the cervical spine to help relax the muscles in the neck and realign the discs. It is very effective and can be adjusted to the lower, higher, or a combination of the two heights to meet your tolerance and comfort level. I don't find either painful, but do find them to do what they are meant to do in a non-harsh way.
It also delivers excellent heat. There are three different temperature settings that are sure to meet most people's preference. It can get pretty hot, so the lowest setting is more than adequate for me. It helps in relieving any swelling I get at the base of my neck, where most of my pain is.
The Electrotherapy Pulse is much like a TENS unit's pads, which it also comes with. The two metal nodes on the unit deliver Electrotherapy Pulses in 12 different levels. I did not find any of the levels to be very strong at all. My neck is rather small and doesn't always contact the entire metal nodes completely, so sometimes it is a bit stingy, instead of comfortable. If I am on it just so, it feels quite good, which is most of the time. I just need to not be in a hurry to lay on it quickly and be more mindful of getting myself in the correct position.
The controller looks intimidating, but once you read through the manual and see which icon does what, you get the hang of it quickly. I tried using it right out of the box, and until I actually read the manual, I got frustrated. There are so many different ways to customize the settings to your own preferences, but after a couple of uses, you will get to your perfect setting quickly.
It also has two separate TENS unit pads that you can place on other parts of your body to take advantage of the Electrotherapy Pulse therapy, but I have no need to use them, at this time. Therefore, I have not used them and cannot comment on their efficacy. I would imagine they would feel just as wonderful as, or at least very similar to, the pulses that are delivered with the neck nodes.
I have found that this device is very good at what it does. My neck feels more relaxed after each use. I'm also relaxed while using it. I thought that because it is made with a hard material, that it would be uncomfortable, but it is not. It's a bummer when the treatment is over after 15 minutes. I wish it would last longer, because it feels so good.
Overall, this is a very well made, personally customizable, and effective Cervical Neck Traction Device. I've been using it every other day, and it really is helping my Cervical Spondylosis pain. Not only does it help my pain, but it is so relaxing and I really enjoy using it. The reduced pain and relaxed feeling in my neck and the rest of my being lasts for many hours. I like everything about this device and would definitely recommend it.

I have tried so many devices over the years, and none of those worked. This device does. I have had chronic neck pain and limited mobility in being able to turn my head to look over my shoulders when backing out of a parking stall. Those issues are now so much better, and my sleep has improved also.
For me, what I really like is the traction that lifts my head up a little bit from my shoulders. I think this has helped me the most in terms of reducing neck pain and improving mobility. It also has been addressing my shoulder hump by also straightening out my neck alignment and moving my head back onto my shoulders. I worked for more than 40 years at a desk with poor posture, and that is also getting better. There is a a feature that adjusts the device to support the chin and head, another feature to lift the head and provide gentile traction, and an inflatable airbag with air pump that expands and works to align the neck, moving the head backwards a little. I detach the pump after getting the device up to the recommended pressure, and when I am done after about 10 or 15 minutes, there is a deflation button that
The device and supplied air pump is well-made of quality materials. I have recommended this device to friends who also have the same neck issues I do. Not only that, but I now no longer go to a chiropractor,. I can deal with my fitness issues myself. .

Planning to decompress and stretch out my neck. Works well. I need to buy a mouth teeth guard to protect teeth from causing tooth damage. All sorts of cracking in the neck has happened in the first few days of use. Probably going to take few years to get all the neck allignment I can get without breaking the neck.

I have had cervical spine issues for many years. I go to the chiropractor and have had several injections as well. Degenerative disk disease is not fun! Compressed disks mean impinged nerves. In between chiro visits, traction is beneficial to decompress the disks and provide pain relief. This contraption is phenomenal. Not only does it decompress, but it does so with heat! The before and after use difference is significant. The remote is user-friendly, and it has a long cord enabling you to use it easily. If you have cervical spine problems, I would recommend this to you.

Rather than having to do the electrotherapy and then the heat, I'm able to do it all at once. I have an old neck injury that I was given the option for a major surgery or constant injections but chose to give this a try first. This machine not only cradles my neck but gives me the support that I've been needing that I didn't know I needed but wanted. When it comes to using it, I'm able to adjust how intense I want this unit to be on my neck with just a push of the button on the remote. The machine itself is fully adjustable so if I need it raised higher or lower, depending on what I'm laying on, I'm able to do so with no issues. What's convenient about this machine is if I'm just needing heat with support, I'm able to do just that. If I want electro therapy with support, I'm able to do that. However, if I want both, I'm able to switch to that mode too. The buttons are so easy to use and the display on the remote comes in clear too. Has definitely been beneficial and helpful.

This is a very impressive device to help with neck pain or other issues identified by your physician. Its easy to use and highly adjustable. The materials used seem to be of high quality. The pump is easy to use and better than some that only hand a hand squeeze bulb.

Ive had neck problems for almost 30 years. Whiplash 2ce, computer work and hard physical labor for 20 yrs. Ugh. Chiropractors for almost as long and neck massages that last a couple of hours and it tightens back up again. This machine is better than anything Ive had done. It really gives the wearer the control you need to get a nice strong stretch. Im 53 and my husband is 63 and it fits us both. Im not sure why some reviews say its hard to put on cuz it couldnt be simpler and there are so many ways to adjust this device that you can get a perfect fit. I can see if you have neck with an exceptionally large circumference or a very short neck, it might not fit. However, there are a very wide range of sizes that it will fit. Im very happy with this purchase.

I have been experiencing a lot of neck pain and numbness in my hand when I move my head in a certain direction. Because of that, I have been going to the chiropractor 2-3 times a week.
